Monorail

No visit is complete without a Zoofari monorail ride. It is perfect for 'returning to base'.  Fully wheelchair accessible. (Please note that our monorail carriages cannot accomodate electric scooters).

Tickets can be purchased on the station platform and are valid for one journey to the next station. No round trips are available as passengers must disembark at the next station.  Do check the times of the last trains.

Waterbus

The waterbus runs from the jetty near the lion enclosure from Easter until the autumn (weekends only at quiet times). The 12-15 minute trip gives a very different view and in the spring you can see the young waterfowl and daffodils.

Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to the water buses. Tickets can be obtained from the machines near the jetty.

Please note the Waterbus operates at weekends ONLY during school term times.

 

 

 

 

Safety

Do not hold children over the barriers, let them climb or allow them to wander near the canal or lakes. Please watch them at the stations and the boat jetty. You must supervise them in the play areas.
