If you are coming to the zoo and want to book in for Discovery Programmes just call our Discovery and Learning Division on 01244 650205 or 01244 389444 to arrange available dates and time slots.
Once these have been agreed with you, we will then ask you to complete our booking form.
Education Booking Form for Summer Term 2012
Please send the completed form to us by emailing it to learning@chesterzoo.org, fax us on 01244 650234 or pop it in the post to:
Discovery and Learning Division, Chester Zoo, Caughall Road, Upton, Chester CH2 1LH
Upon receipt of the form, your booking will be confirmed to you in writing. Once we have recieved this form, we reserve the right to charge for the Discovery Programmes if they are cancelled and we are unable to re-fill the sessions.
If you are coming to the zoo and don't want Discovery Programmes just call our Discovery and Learning Division on 01244 650205 or 01244 389444. We will take your booking over the phone and send out a confirmation letter to you. Don't forget to mention if you want us to send wristbands!
Our office hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If our phones are busy please leave a mesage and we will return your call within two working days.
