Our official conference hotel is the Holiday Inn Express at Chester Racecourse.

The special delegate rate of £65 per room per night is available from 28 August – 02 September 2012. The Holiday Inn can only offer this rate via telephone or email bookings.

You should email or phone Steven to reserve your accommodation. On request he will send you a credit card authorisation form (unless you pay by credit card by phone) which you can fax back through.

Please note you can’t access the delegate rate via website bookings.

We recommend that you reserve your accommodation as soon as possible. The weekend of the 1st and 2nd September is a racing weekend and city centre hotels book out very quickly many months in advance.

Our second choice of hotel would be the Chester Central Travelodge which is only a short walk from the racecourse – and overlooks a very well-preserved Roman amphitheatre! Visit their website.
