Chester Racecourse

Chester racecourse is the oldest still in use in England, having opened in 1539.

Situated just outside the city walls overlooking the River Dee, it has excellent conferencing facilities.

We’ll be in the Leverhulme stand except on the final day of the conference when we’ll be relocating to the nearby Chester Crowne Plaza to allow them to set up for that afternoon’s races.

The racecourse company also runs the Holiday Inn next door which is offering an exceptionally low rate for the duration of our conference. Be sure to book early to be sure of getting a room.
