Exotic Animal Health and Husbandry

Chester Zoo is the perfect venue for Animal Health and Husbandry students to complement the work done in the classroom.

With over 7,000 animals, they can see first hand how the Zoo practices its animal welfare. We also offer packages which provide more in depth information to further support studies.

Our Exotic Animal Health and Husbandry session lasts 50 minutes and can be booked as a classroom session throughout the yearor as an out and about session during the autumn or spring terms. We recommend early booking and suggest booking before Easter if you hope to book in for sessions during the summer term.
