Primate Behaviour Out and About

During this ‘around the Zoo’ teaching session, the students will be accompanied on a tour of different primate species.

Observable behaviour will be discussed as well as:

▪ the social organisation of species visited
▪ communication (visual and auditory)
▪ social learning including memory, hunting in groups and imitation
▪ the identification of individuals
