Atlas Moth emerges

Butterfly keeper Heather Prince holds one of Chester Zoo’s newly emerged Atlas Moths (Attacus atlas).

With a wingspan of up to 30cm, it is the largest moth species in the world but despite their grandeur they will only live for around one week.
