June's Pavilion

Our bright, spacious and gleaming family restaurant is packed with freshly prepared, family-friendly food. It won’t cost a paw and a tentacle, either.

We named the restaurant after June Williams, the daughter of our founder, George Mottershead. June has devoted her life to working in and around the zoo, and this seemed a nice way to say thank you!

Have a look at the options below - there are children’s versions of everything.

You’ll find June’s Pavilion near the Fun Ark and the tiger enclosure.

 

Fresh Pizza & Pasta

We bake every pizza fresh for you, and serve it with coleslaw and garden salad. We also serve delicious fresh pasta salads.

Family Deal: Whole 14" pizzas from £11, half pizzas from £5.50

Fish & Chips

All our (sustainably sourced) fish comes with hand-cut, freshly cooked chips or potato salad, mushy peas or garden salad with tartare sauce. 

Family Deal: £24 for main courses for two adults and two children, all served with mushy peas or salad.

We also have gluten free and grilled fish options.

Burger Bar

Our hearty burgers burgers are made from prime local meat, and served in locally baked, crispy hand-made buns.

Family Deal: £24 for two adult burgers with cheese and two children’s burgers, all come with a portion of Pavilion’s Fries.

We also have gluten free and veggie options.

Deli Counter

Our deli is brimming with quick, healthy snacks, soups, sandwiches, salads and bagels.

Ice Cream Parlour

A gorgeous selection of local speciality ice cream scoops, cones and tubs as well as sumptious sundaes, jiggling jellies and plenty of tempting toppings!
