Waterbus

On our relaxing waterbus, you get to see a whole different side of the zoo.

Climb aboard at the jetty near the lion enclosure, and we’ll take you on a 12 to 15-minute trip through our own canals.

You get a great view of our animals, and in the spring you can look out for waterfowl and new daffodils along the waterside.

The waterbuses run from Easter until the autumn (weekends only in school term-time and other quiet times).

You can buy tickets from the machines near the jetty. Unfortunately the boats are unable to take wheelchairs.
