Whether you’re an organised club who enjoy a day out or you're getting together to celebrate a special birthday, upcoming wedding or visiting with family and friends, you can all save by visiting as a group of 15 or more!
Eat, Drink, Relax
With three restaurants, a licensed bar and numerous take-away kiosks there is something to suit every taste and budget.
To help make things easier for your group visit we can offer:
• Sheltered picnic area – available for all to use near Realm of the Red Ape. No reservations can be made but all are free of charge to use.
• Meal vouchers – a gift voucher for food that can be used in any of our three restaurants which comes in useful if the company are paying on your behalf and also saves carrying a lunch float around for the group. Choose from £5 per person upwards and get a pre-paid voucher to redeem on the day.
• Picnic boxes – choose from hot or cold lunch boxes, pre-ordered before your visit, pick up at lunchtime and enjoy inside or outside!
Exclusive Guided Tours
Learn more about how there became to be a zoo in Chester, our animal profiles and behind the scene details whilst enjoying the sights and sounds walking around the zoo.
The Guided Tour is £40 for 90 minutes with an expert Guide and will be booked for your arrival time. Tours need to be secured two weeks before the visit and are popular so ensure you book in good time!
Gift shop sets for groups
Want a souvenir from the gift shop but daren’t send all of them in? Order in advance with an amount per head and we’ll do the leg work for you. Collect your purchases on the way out. Gift sets from as little as £3 per head.
Monorail and Waterbus
Tickets can be purchased on the day for those that wish to travel but if you like to do this in advance it can save carrying around small change and you have your tickets ready to travel.
