We're well signposted when you approach Chester, just look out for the brown signs.  We have plenty of free car parking on site.

Out of courtesy to our local residents, If possible please avoid parking on Caughall Road and use our free on site car parking.

Dogs & Pets

Guide and sensory dogs are allowed at the zoo but they're not allowed into our animal houses.

A day out with us is a full day out, so please don't bring dogs or any pets with you and leave them unattended in cars. Unfortunately we cannot admit pets under any circumstances.
