This is an unforgettable opportunity for 11-15 year olds to go behind the scenes and learn from our expert zoo keeper team.

This amazing experience will allow budding keepers to get up close with some of our most loved animals and give them an exclusive glimpse into what really goes on behind the scenes at one of the biggest and most visited zoos in the UK.
Your Experience Presenter Keeper will reveal the full schedule of activities on the day which could include cleaning the tapir enclosure, feeding our meerkats, making enrichment activities for the mongoose or preparing feed for our spectacled bears!
The experience will be fun and educational but you should be prepared for some hard work!

The Junior Zoo Keeper Experience is available to children aged between 11-15 years old. 16 or over? See our Zoo Keeper Experience.

Children must be accompanied by a spectating parent/guardian (1 adult per 1 child - spectator admission is included in the price)
