Beastie in a Box FAQs

What is a Beastie in a Box gift?
A Beastie in a Box is a great gift for the animal lover you know!
It comes in its own gift box and includes:
- A cuddly soft toy of the specific animal
- Two Chester Zoo admission tickets 2 adults or 2 children (3 - 15 years old)
- A species information card including more about the conservation project you are supporting
- Additional discounted entry offers 
- Gift message 
- Facts & thank you card

Can I get a refund on the Beastie in a Box gift?
Chester Zoo will accept return of and offer a refund (including original postage and packing costs) for defective goods returned within fourteen days of delivery, as long as the item is returned in its original packaging together with a copy of your confirmation of order receipt. On return please provide a brief description of the fault.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order and or return an item purchased through the Chester Zoo online shop within 7 (seven) days of delivery for any reason.  Chester Zoo will refund your payment card with both the item cost and original posting and packaging cost within a reasonable period of time.  Unfortunately Chester Zoo is not able to refund the cost of return postage and packaging.  Please note this does not include the right to return personalised items and admission tickets.  A refund can only be made to the purchaser on the same card originally used for payment. 

How long does it take for the gift to arrive?
 Your gift will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.
