For one day only, come along and join our horticulture experts for a behind the scenes tour of The Plant Project. Discover the amazing plants kept in our greenhouses and how our amazing teams are working day-in-day-out to protect them from extinction. Our Botany and Horticulture team are a group of passionate people with incredible knowledge of some of the world’s most endangered specimens. The team will show you some of the plants in their growing environments that are off-show to the public, why we’re growing them at the zoo and why they’re under threat in the wild.
Arrive at the entrance to The Plant Project at either 10.30am and 1.30pm for a tour with the team.
The Plant Project is open all day. Free with zoo admission.
