This year we’re hosting the British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums (BIAZA) Mammal Working Group conference right HERE at Chester Zoo!
The two day conference sees delegates from all over the UK come together to discuss a wide variety of zoological work covering all topics relating to mammalian husbandry, management and conservation. It’s designed for keepers and other zoo personnel that work with mammal species.
As well as a range of motivational speakers, the two days will include exciting tours to the different mammal sections within the zoo and a evening meal / networking session.
Times:
10am – 6pm on Wednesday 11 May
9am – 4:30pm on Thursday 12 May
Price includes:
- Access to all conference talks across the two days.
- Refreshments for two days of the conference.
- Delegate goodie bag.
- Evening meal on the 11 May which will be held within the zoo.
There’ll also be the annual Mammal Working Group raffle which raises funds for BIAZA’s supported World Land Trust project, plus awards for best talks and poster!
