Join us for a fun-filled course at Chester Zoo. We’ll explore some of the conservation careers that are available at Chester Zoo, learn about our animals and conservation projects and make sure there is lots of time for fun and games too.
During the week, our Junior Conservationists will be immersed into the world of Chester Zoo with a combination of group activities, workshops, and theory sessions. This is a great opportunity for young people to get together, gain worthwhile experience, and learn new skills from our amazing team of experts.
Who is it for? Secondary school years 7-9. Children should be booked into the school year group they are currently in. The school year runs 1 September – 31 August.
What’s included? 3 days of activities. Lunch is not included.
Our holiday courses do not include any hands-on contact with any of the animals in the zoo, or behind-the-scenes access to any keeper areas.
