Are you passionate about ensuring young people’s voices are heard?
We’re currently recruiting young people aged 18 – 26 years old, to join our Youth Board on a voluntary basis.
Our Youth Board’s mission is to provide a voice for young people, and to ensure that we offer a universal experience, both at the zoo and in wider communities, that puts young people right at the heart of it. We work to ensure the next generation are represented in conservation, engaged with the work we do to save species across the world and feel empowered to have an impact on the future of conservation. Together we can prevent extinction.
If you think you can help us to achieve that, then we’d love to hear from you!
Our Youth Board Recruitment Open Day offers you the chance to speak to our existing Youth Board members, discover how it can benefit you and ask lots of questions.
You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in a short tour of Chester Zoo with the Youth Board members and our Conservation Education and Engagement Team. This tour is only available for those that have booked onto one of our onsite open day sessions.
If you’re unable to make the onsite open day at Chester Zoo but want to learn more, please complete this registration form to join our online meeting at 11am.
