On 30th July Chester Zoo welcomed two gibbons to the collection – a male and female. The two young gibbons were from north Thailand and were originally house pets. Lee, the male gibbon, was described as ‘extremely friendly, fond of children and particularly enjoyed having his toes tickled’!
