Please be aware that a page on Facebook is impersonating us and using the name ‘The Chester Wildlife Park’ to promote a fake competition which goes on to ask for your personal details and financial information.
We’ve previously posted a warning message on our official channels to try to spread the word about it to as many people as we possibly can. We want to help protect our amazing community and we’re very sad to see that someone is trying to take advantage of your good will and love for wildlife.
We’ve also reported it to Facebook numerous times but so far they haven’t acted to remove it. Unfortunately, getting the fake site shut down is completely out of our hands and entirely reliant on the people at Facebook.
