And, following zoo staff in previous years, our Registrar, Penny Rudd, will be a judge on this year’s selection panel.

The exhibition takes place at the award-winning Gordale garden centre (on the A540 Chester High Road, CH64 8TF) from July 13th to 29th.

Each summer, this free exhibition, housed in the natural light of Gordale’s NEWA gallery, provides an experience the whole family can enjoy.

With its vibrant presentation of almost 400 paintings, drawings and sculptures, the exhibition has regularly drawn over 17,000 visitors, making it Britain’s largest open, selling exhibition of wildlife art.

This year, NEWA begins with 3 days of inspiring demonstrations by award-winning wildlife artists.

The UK’s most published fine artist, PollyAnna Pickering, will be just one of the stars of NEWA’s ‘Wildlife Weekend’ running from 13th to 15th July.

All selected artwork can be seen, and purchased, at www.newa-uk.com
