The new main entrance – the Diamond Jubilee Quarter – is the first ever public space in our 80-year history and was officially opened by The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh on May 17.
During their visit, the royal couple were given a tour of the zoo, met key zoo staff and representatives from the zoo’s in-field conservation work around the world.
