Join one of our keepers as they take you on an IMMERSIVE journey behind the scenes through the aquarium.
You’ll have the amazing opportunity to feed and interact with some of our most interesting and endangered fish! This is a one-on-one experience with the keeper which gives you a brilliant opportunity to ask all your questions, learning about the realities of life in the wild and what we do here to protect these species from extinction.
There’ll be lots of opportunities for photos along the way and you’ll also leave with an exclusive gift, an experience certificate and memories to last a lifetime!

Your experience
Will last approximately 45 minutes.
The chance to get up close and feed the different fish within our aquarium.

Terms and conditions
Experience includes admission for the participant only. An accompanying adult must pay admission which will need to be purchased separately, or have a valid membership.
The experience is available for adults and children over the age of 12 years old; however children between the ages of 12 to 15 years old must be accompanied into the zoo by a spectating parent or guardian paying normal zoo admission (1 adult per 1 child).
Regrettably certain guests will be unable to take part including people with relevant phobias or known allergies, immunocompromised individuals; and those with pacemakers.
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this cannot always be achieved – contact us before purchasing.
