Coming soon… a brand new events space at the heart of the zoo:

Will be sensitively converted into a brand new purpose built event space. The stunning grade II listed building will offer a boundless platform for event creativity, featuring exposed brick walls and vaulted rafters showcasing Chester Zoo’s legacy.

Our approach to conservation can be seen throughout the venue. The design includes an air-sourced heat pump which gives us a low carbon form of heating, and we have reused recycled brick, tiles and pavers from the original building also preserving historic features of the original Grade II structure.
