Lots of schools like to take advantage of our really popular workshops. If you’re interested take a look at what we offer here then just give us a call and our team can arrange available dates and time slots with you. We can also help to advise which sessions are most appropriate for your students.
If you’re interested in a purely self-guided educational visit, we can take all your details over the phone or we’ll ask you to complete a booking form and email it to us. Once confirmed we’ll then send you a confirmation letter which you’ll need to bring with you on the day.

When you’ve completed both pages of the booking form please email it to us at learning@chesterzoo.org or pop it in the post to: Discovery and Learning, Chester Zoo, Caughall Road, Upton, Chester
We’ll confirm the booking with you once we’ve received the form.
A couple of things we should mention…
It’s a condition of booking that we have the name of the Group Leader and a mobile contact for them while at the zoo. Also, if you decide to cancel the workshops once we’ve received your booking form, we do reserve the right to charge for these if we are unable to re-fill the sessions.
Our office hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Wednesday and 8am – 4pm Thursday to Friday. If our phones are busy, please leave a message and we’ll return your call within two working days. If you’re bringing nursery children and would like to receive our free wristbands, please don’t forget to mention this at the time of booking.
