Reforestation Hopscotch

Unfortunately, rainforest trees are often cut down for logging or to make way to grow crops
like oil palm. At Chester Zoo, we work with partners in the rainforest and sustainable palm oil plantations to ensure that animals still have safe spaces to travel. One of the ways we help is to support them to reforest areas where deforestation has taken place in the past and to create wildlife corridors.
