If you’re looking to join our herd, here’s a bit about what to expect during our recruitment process.

Application

You can apply quickly and easily using our online application system. You can find our current latest vacancies here.

Shortlisting

During our shortlisting process we assess candidates against essential and desirable criteria for the role.

Interview

If you have applied for a permanent role and you have been successfully shortlisted you will be invited along for an interview, depending on the role this may be either by telephone or face to face. If you have applied for one of our seasonal roles you will be invited along for an assessment centre.

What to expect

Our interviews are generally competency based questions that give you an opportunity to talk us through your experience, strengths and skills for the role. Interviews generally last between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Our Assessment Sessions are designed to be fun and relaxed as we think it’s the best way to see the real you. The assessment sessions generally last for around 30 minutes and are likely to include an exercise and a walk-about. You may be new to assessment sessions but the key is to relax and be yourself.

What to bring

You’ll receive an email letting you know what you need to bring to your interview. Generally this will include documents that prove you have the right to work in the UK and any relevant qualifications.

What to wear

We’re not the most formal organisation and you don’t need to wear a three-piece suit, but remember to dress to impress and leave your jeans and trainers at home.

Outcome

We will always aim to get in touch as soon as we can after all of the interviews have taken place and you will receive a phone call or an email to let you know If you have been successful or not. We are always more than happy to provide feedback following an interview.
