In this interactive workshop, students step inside the world of conservation science and discover how our International Centre for Zoo Science uses hormones, data, and precision lab skills to protect endangered animals. From mastering micro-pipettes to weighing samples accurately, students will explore the real techniques our scientists rely on every day.
Our workshop will take place in our purpose-built simulation endocrine laboratory within 'Heart of Africa', designed to demonstrate real-world conservation science in an accessible, hands-on way to visitors and educational groups. This space has been kindly funded by URENCO.
