1. Eligibility & Promotional Period
1.1. The 10% discount (“the Offer”) applies only to new wedding bookings for event dates occurring between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026 (inclusive).
1.2. To qualify, the booking must be made and confirmed and a deposit received by the Venue between 21 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 (inclusive).
1.3. Bookings made prior to 21 October 2025 or on/after 1 January 2026 are not eligible. The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
2. How the Discount Is Applied
2.1. The 10% discount is applied to the base wedding package price at the time the booking is confirmed.
2.2. The Offer excludes: optional extras (photography, entertainment, specialist décor, transport, accommodation, ceremony fees), statutory taxes (e.g., VAT), gratuities, service charges, and any late additions made after the booking has been confirmed.
2.3. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, special rate, negotiated corporate rate.
2.4. The Offer applies once per booking (one discount per wedding).
3. Booking & Payment
3.1. A booking is only confirmed once the Venue has received the signed booking contract and the required deposit. The Offer will be applied at this point where eligibility criteria above are met.
4. Availability & Exclusions
4.1. The Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended by the Venue at any time without prior notice. However, once a booking has been confirmed and the deposit paid in the Offer period, the Offer will remain honoured for that booking provided the Client complies with these T&Cs and the booking contract.
4.2. The Venue reserves the right to refuse the Offer if it suspects abuse, fraudulent use, or breach of these T&Cs.
