· The 'Saver Tickets' can only be purchased online in advance through the Chester Zoo website and will not be available for sale on the day at our ticket windows.
· The 'Saver Tickets' do not apply to special events or experiences.
· A 4 Person Saver Ticket will allow entry to the zoo for up to 4 adults, student or child tickets. I.e. 2 x adults and 2 x children or 1 x adults and 3 x children.
· A 5 Person Saver Ticket will allow entry to the zoo for up to 5 adults, student or child tickets. i.e. 2 x adults and 3 x children or 1 x adults and 4 x children.
· A free carer ticket can be applied to any of the 'Saver Tickets' when considering the following requirements: Accessibility | Chester Zoo. i.e. A 4 Person Saver Ticket can allow up to 4 free carers to visit the zoo.
· The 'Saver Tickets' can only be used up to 7 September 2025.
· Full zoo regulations apply.
· Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
