Return Ticket Offer Terms and Conditions

  • The Return Ticket Offer runs 19 July to 7 September 2025.
  • The Offer only applies to admission tickets purchased between 19 July and 31 August 2025.
  • Promotional priced admission tickets may only be purchased on presentation of proof of original ticket purchase i.e. booking reference for advance tickets or physical gift tickets. Alternatively the promotional priced admission tickets can be purchased with the presentation of the Return Offer email. 
  • The promotional offer can only be redeemed for the purchase of full day admission tickets, afterglow tickets and gift tickets. 
  • A maximum of 14 x admission tickets may be purchased in any one transaction.
  • Return visits need to be redeemed by 7 September 2025, with no extension passed this date.
  • The offer applies to Adult/Student and Child tickets only.
  • No cash alternative is available, tickets cannot be re-sold or exchanged.
  • Return visits are subject to availability.
  • Any other additional paid-for activities are exempt and do not apply.
  • Full zoo regulations apply.
  • Chester Zoo has the right to refuse entry and withdraw the promotional offer at any time.
  • This offer is not applicable to complimentary tickets, schools or groups, corporate events, private hire, short breaks packages or tickets purchased through a partner discounted ticket and/or third party.
