• One child under the age of 18 may attend free of charge per one adult ticket purchased
• For example a family of four made up of two adults and two children will only need to purchase two adult tickets online, and their two children will be able to attend for free. A family of three made up of one adult and two children will need to purchase one adult and one child ticket as only one child gets in for free with the one adult.
• Offer is valid for visits Monday 18 December to Friday 22 December only
• Offer only applies to advance online bookings
• This offer is for advance day guests only; zoo members will not be able to get a free child ticket with their membership pass
• Carers will not be able to get a free child ticket with their free carer ticket
• The offer does not apply to special events or experiences such as Lanterns and Light
• Any other additional paid-for activities are exempt and do not apply
• Full zoo regulations apply
• Chester Zoo has the right to refuse entry and withdraw this offer at any time.
• This offer is available on full day tickets purchased in advance through the Chester Zoo website, and is not applicable to complimentary tickets, school or groups, corporate events, private hire, short breaks packages or tickets purchased through a partner discounted ticket and/or third party
