Did you know… that insects have their ‘skeleton’ on the outside of their body?! Drop-in to investigate their weird and wonderful features and celebrate the importance of our creepy crawly friends.

Monday, Thursday, Saturday: Inside Butterfly Journey
Did you know… that an estimated 80% of all known animal species are invertebrates? This is your chance to get up close to some of our most impressive invertebrates and explore minibeast features and lifecycles.
3-4pm: Big Chester Zoo Bug Hunt

Join our Zoo Rangers to hunt for wild minibeasts! We’ll work together to identify what they are and learn about how we can all help them at home.
