Join our Zoo Rangers for Play Day 2023! Come and take part in lots of fun activities around the zoo, all celebrating the importance of play!
All the activities below are FREE with zoo admission or a valid membership card!
Quiet Play
Quiet play is an opportunity for families who need a calmer play space to take part in some of our play activities. Ideal for those that may find loud sounds or busy environments challenging, there’ll be quiet games, crafts and sensory activities to take part in.
Time: 10am – 11am

Storytelling
Join our Zoo Rangers for story time adventures. Which amazing animals will we meet today?
Time: 11am – 12pm
Location: Spirit of the Jaguar
Play Games
Jump like a lemur and hop like a frog with our Zoo Rangers in this fun filled play session! There’ll be lots of games and activities to get involved in as well as the chance for free play too.
Time: 1pm – 2pm
Location: Madagascar Basecamp
Messy Play
Get stuck in with a range of messy play activities at Madagascar Basecamp!
Time: 3pm – 4pm
