If you’re interested in a career in conservation then our Young Conservationists Summer School is perfect for you.
Our summer school has been developed for those aged between 12-17 years, who are interested in a career working with animals, conservation, research or veterinary. During the week, young people will be immersed into the world of Chester Zoo with sessions and activities led by our team of experts.
The week will involve a combination of group activities, workshops and theory sessions, all delivered at the zoo. This is a great opportunity for young people to get together, learn new skills as they explore the work that goes on around the zoo.
We have adapted our sessions to ensure all our participants have fun whilst following the latest government guidelines. These sessions must be booked in advance and they are non-transferable and non-refundable.
