TRAINING AND CPD
Whether you’re starting a new conservation project or want to learn more about how to support your class, we’re here to help. We have a various educator events and CPD opportunities throughout the year.
OUTREACH PROJECTS
Get your whole school involved in conservation! Through a series of workshops and a zoo visit, we introduce your learners to one of our key conservation campaigns. We also work with the teacher to empower them to continue the learning after we’ve completed the project together.
EDUCATION CONSULTANCY
Our education experts provide schools, colleges and universities with tailored consultancy support, mentoring and training. We work with you to develop a bespoke support package which can include a review of your current provision, or guide you through all stages of launching and operationalising a brand new engagement programme.

Since 2017 we’ve been working with Ignite Institute to inspire schools to put conservation at the heart of their curriculum and to empower the conservationists of the future!

FURTHER EDUCATION PROGRAMME
From animal behaviour to designing their habitats, our curriculum-linked workshops will inspire your students to gain some real zoo case study information to further their learning of the zoo and conservation industry.
POSTGRADUATE CERTIFICATE
We’ve partnered with the University of Chester to launch a postgraduate qualification focused on Conservation and Sustainability Education to support professional educators, early career conservationists and those supporting conservation change.
